Comfort Suites Sanford

Comfort Suites has the most comfortable beds and good quality linens. The temp in the room was set perfectly too. The light panel in the wall unit was not plugged in and didn’t work when I tried. That should’ve been addressed before rebooking the room. Also I book Room 405, handicap and I have no idea why it was designated as such. Even though I do not use a wheelchair I noted the bathroom was too narrow with no space for equipment. There were no handrails near the toilet and it should have been chair height. The shower had small, lousy hand rails in the shower. It was a step in tub with no seating. The microwave was on a high shelf too.

We (large group) came in extremely early (before check in) we spent nearly 12 hours on the road they offered a great breakfast, with some much needed coffee, clean and welcoming environment to each of us and we got to sleep in clean, just vacuumed, fresh sheets, large spacious rooms! We are all completely satisfied and when the occasion presents itself that we have to this trip again we will continue to go to this hotel. Thank you!

Ms. Nikki at the front desk is the sweetest woman I've ever met! Very accommodating and willing to find a solution no matter what the problem! She definitely made this experience so wonderful!

Comfort Suites provided a very pleasant stay for me with its friendly staff and seamless check-in process. I especially appreciated the receptionist fulfilling my request for a top-floor room. The hotel's quiet atmosphere and spotless rooms added to the comfort. There was a large fly that fell from the window when I lowered the blinds, but that wasn’t a big deal. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were a great bonus. My only issue was the lukewarm shower water temperature, which didn’t get hot during my entire stay. Despite this, I would definitely rebook for future visits in a heartbeat.

One of the options to stay at in Sanford. The room was very tidy and the furniture was up to date. There were no major issues, just the building is showing its age in spots. The shower water pressure was pretty low and the showerhead was broken. Other than that, the room and service was good. There are places to eat within walking distance here.

I read the reviews and was a bit skeptical but this hotel is NICE! The rooms are super clean, the bed is very comfortable and the staff is super friendly. There's a hot breakfast with eggs, waffles, sausage. Then choices from pastries, yogurt and different cereals. Was a great stay!

I have to say at first I was scared to stay due to the reviews. Neatless to say I'm glad I did stay. ALL Staff from morning noon amd night was very friendly. Our room was 114. Very quiet no noise & great part is on Sunday at 11am you are right next door to a church service in the hotel. They weren't loud FYI but it definitely was a plus since we were Pastors ourselves, we went & joined them. Food was really good nice selection. If I'd had to take away anything I would say the toilet pump needs to be changed but as long as I pulled the handle up it worked fine. And it did have a Lil bit of mold on soup hold attached to shower wall. But outside of that it was an excellent stay & definitely would stay again. I wanted to give an honest review so others can not fear like I did. Oh you have everything close by too so honestly if you just want to come and stay for relaxation definitely a plus.

I’m a Marriott or Hilton woman. I just am. I haven’t stayed at a Comfort Suites in forever! Like probably 20 years. I was super pleased with my stay here. Nice room, comfortable clean bed, small but nice bathroom, mirrors in 3 places, free breakfast, a small store downstairs. Called from desk about the AC not kicking on. She came and figured out why in like 2 mins..wonderful staff! I only heard noise from outside since my room was close to the street and the occasional hotel door closing. I would absolutely stay here again!
